NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING:
I like fast, reliable delivery so my first choice is to always send your order via courier. I use Courier Post/NZ Post. Usually the service is overnight for urban addresses but like any courier this is out of our hands and can not be guaranteed
If you have any special requests on where your parcel is left by the courier please state this at the cart.

NZ - Urban Shipping is $8.95, Rural is $10.95.

Australia - Flat rate of $18 AUD.

Rest of the World. Please email us for a quote if you would like to order from us.

All orders are packaged with care to ensure they get to you safe and sound.

RETURNS POLICY

Return postage is at the cost and responsibility of the customer. As we offer free shipping on orders, if you are exchanging for a different size or item, postage of this item is incurred by the customer.

 

If the mistake is with the customer ie: wrong sizing - did not take advantage of the sizing chart, or customer has selected the wrong specifications for the printing of the item on the listing, Tinker Tailor Kids will not issue an exchange or a refund or discount on this item or any replacement items. Replacement items will be at the full cost to the customer. We strongly urge customers to use the information provided and to ensure their item selection is correct before purchasing. Please read item description and ensure you have provided the valid information for the listing. 

From receipt of your order you have 14 days to return items provided you have complied with our returns policy. We can either give you a full refund on the item(s), or exchange them for another style, size or colour that you may prefer.

All returns are at the cost of the purchaser and remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Tinker Tailor. We recommend you send your package on a tracked service so you are able to track your returns whereabouts.

If a shipment is returned to Tinker Tailor Kids because the customer has entered the wrong address, the customer is liable for all further postage costs to ship the items. Re-postage of returned items will not be covered by Tinker Tailor Kids Limited.

Wear and Tear / High-Stress Components

Our products are designed for everyday use by children; however, some components are subject to higher levels of stress through normal use. This includes (but is not limited to) toggles, zips, drawstrings, cords, fastenings, and similar moving or tension-bearing parts.

Damage or failure to these high-stress components caused by general wear and tear is covered for up to 3 months from the original purchase date. After this period, replacements or repairs for wear-and-tear damage are not guaranteed.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by excessive force, misuse, rough handling, or improper care

  • Damage resulting from normal aging of materials beyond the 3-month period

  • Requests for full product replacement where only a high-stress component has failed

Where appropriate and within the 3-month period, we may offer a component replacement rather than a full product replacement.
