What if my order has arrived and I realise I ordered the wrong thing?
Unfortunately, we will not return your item. We print bespoke (your item is made especially for you following the instructions/options that you choose on the listing. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER THOROUGHLY AT CHECKOUT BEFORE PURCHASING before proceeding with your purchase. If you do not choose the correct specifications for your item and you are not happy with it when you receive it you are welcome to order another item with the correct specifications at your own expense.
What is the item arrives and Tinker Tailor has made a miss-print/error?
Don't worry, we make mistakes sometimes too but we have a 'Accuracy Guarantee' which means if we print the name wrong, on the wrong size or colour we'll remake it or refund it.

Delivery
When ordering from us you can expect delivery in 5 to 8 working days unless delivery is delayed by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We do our very best to offer quick and reliable delivery via courier. Once your order has been sent we send you a shipping confirmation email which contains your tracking number (New Zealand residents only). These sometimes go to your junk email folder so please check there also. You can track your order via this email. If you see anything that doesnt seem right with the tracking info, or would like to know more about your parcels where-abouts please ring the courier provider. If your order is confirmed lost by the courier provider we will go through the claims process.
Rural delivery will take longer and is dependant on the local delivery services in your area. These delivery times are out of our control.
NZ - Urban Shipping is $7.95, Rural is $10.95.
Australia - Flat rate of $18 AUD.
